Strawberry Coconut Milk Ice Cream


  • 1 1/2 pounds hulled fresh strawberries
  • 2 13.5-ounce cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar or honey


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill mixture.
  • Place mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instruction. Store in freezer.
