Cinnamon Ornaments


  • 2 cups ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups applesauce


  • Preheat oven to 200°.
  • Combine cinnamon and applesauce in a medium bowl. Roll mixture out to 1/4-inch thickness between two pieces of parchment paper with a rolling pin.
  • Cut out with cookie cutters. Place on a cookie cutter lined with parchment paper. Make a hole in the cookies with a straw or toothpick.
  • Bake at 200° for 2 hours or until dry.
  • Loop string through ornaments.
  • Enjoy the sweet smell of Christmas!
