Super Easy Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons flaxmeal
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Scoop mixture out with a 1/4-cup measure onto parchment lined baking sheet. Shape into a circle, if needed.
  • Bake at 325° for 14-15 minutes or until golden.
