i’m embarrassingly overdue in sharing an exciting announcement!
but first, let me take a couple steps back… it’s very probable, if you follow this blog, that you have heard me mention my amazing, fellow-foodie RD, previous co-worker at oxmoor house, unbelievably talented friend, regan. she was the voice behind now-retired blog, the professional palate.
the reason for her retirement was her plate-full of several other ideas-become-successes. regan is that idea-girl, who moves off the mark big-time and turns things into reality. rds4disclosure was her great idea. then, along with the teaspoon communications ladies, she was the mind behind the recipe redux i participate in monthly.
her biggest endeavor and accomplishment yet is the healthy image gallery, healthy aperture. healthy aperture is an amazing photo sharing site, full of mouth-watering, accepted images that link you to delicious and healthy recipes all over the web. and now, healthy aperture has its own blog!!
this is where my announcement comes in… regan has asked me to contribute by writing the monthly feature, gluten-free kitchen. today on the site, i’ve shared these delightful streusel pancakes. please hop on over for the recipe, but take a little time to check it all out… you’ll be so glad you did.
