it seems like the whole country has a snow day today.
well, at least the majority of it. we are currently buried under several feet of the white stuff. even my husband had off. that’s pretty big-time.
i am no fan of snow and cold. but will embrace any opportunity to sip chocolate.
this recipe is a perfect example of desperation breeding creativity. (kind of like inflating our bouncy house inside of our house last weekend.)
if you have followed this blog, then you know of my love for nutella. the huffington post recently exposed my addiction by including my nutella crepe cake as evidence.
but i say, wave your nutella flag proudly. and then stir it into your hot chocolate!
what’s better than nutella? salted caramel and nutella!
most definitely the most mouth-watering way to warm up in these arctic temperatures.
(i wouldn’t, however, advise eating the cake while drinking the hot chocolate. it may just send you into sugar shock. and no one wants to drive you to the er on these snowy roads.)
