i love baking cookies.
and this is the best time of year to do it. the time of year that it is not at all odd to have several dozens of different types of cookies baking in your kitchen all in one day. when you can give platters of cookies as gifts. or share trays with friends at the office. or bring a few dozen to a family get-together to share.
baking gluten-free cookies can be slightly intimidating at first thought. but fear not, there are just as many possibilities of gluten-free cookies as gluten-filled! (and they don’t all have to have a peanut butter or almond flour base!) those chewy cookies you’ve always loved can still be a part of your holiday cookie tray!
wanna know how?! go check out my recipe for peppermint pretzel chocolate cookies today at glutino’s blog. and be sure to get their great gluten-free cookie book for more ideas too!
