clearly i’m like a dog with a bone about these nut bowls.

do you remember this almond berry nut butter bowl? or where it all started with this nut butter bowl?

i reeally love them. and for really good reason. they are full of healthy nut fats and protein. they keep my growing kids full for longer than a hot minute. they taste kinda like dessert. and the flavor combinations are limitless. especially for those days that all you hear is “i’m hungry” and you just fed them.

i topped this one with fresh cherries, some dark chocolate, and a sprinkling of sliced almonds for a good crunch. my kids love these things!

the options are endless. switch up the nut butter and the toppings to make it something you and your kids like.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup crunchy organic peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cherries pits removed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Spoon peanut butter into a bowl.
  • Top with cherries, chocolate, and almonds.
  • Enjoy!
