disclosure: this a sponsored post in partnership with glutino food group. i was compensated for this post.
spring is here and is strong-arming the cold to beat out the rest of the winter chill.
though there are still stubborn patches of snow at my house, there are also green sprouts and timid flowers peeking up from the ground. this brings me such hope and a dose of needed joy.
also, tremendously joyful is my recent partnership with glutino to highlight a few of their products over the next couple of months!
i’ve long been a fan of all of the glutino products. they’re often the first on the market when it comes to all of the things a gluten-free eater could possible miss from their gluten-eating days… pretzels, wafer cookies, toaster pastries, pita chips, the list continues. and they do it all so well. i’ve yet to meet a gluino product i don’t like.
this month i’m featuring their gluten-free pantry all-purpose flour mix. it’s a great blend of white rice flour, potato and tapioca starches and a smidge of guar gum. it’s a great one to have on hand to serve as a blank canvas for any gluten-free baking need.
for their blog, i created these spring-loving carrot cake mini whoopie pies with honey-orange cream cheese icing with their gluten-free all-purpose flour. for the recipe and for a coupon, go to glutino’s site by clicking here.
be on the look-out in may and june for some more recipes for glutino here on my site.
